Facing the Edge of the Forest, oil on canvas, 48″x24″
Imagine the future with old growth trees.
Old growth trees are the forest’s elders. They provide information to the younger trees.
To create old growth trees for the future, we only have to do a few things:
1. Don’t cut them down.
Trees need a healthy environment to live a vibrant life, just like people do. We need to encourage them and care for them. They are part of our family.
2. Help protect our forests.
